1. About these terms
By visiting rojeycreamery.com or doing business with Rojey Creamery, LLC ("we", "our", "us"), you agree to these terms. If you don't, please don't use the site or place an order.
2. The website
We provide this site as an informational resource for wholesale buyers, catering clients and the general public. We try to keep everything accurate, but specifications, prices and availability can change without notice. Nothing on this site is a binding offer until we confirm it in writing.
3. Wholesale orders
All wholesale orders are governed by the pricing, minimum-order, lead-time and packaging terms confirmed in writing at the time of each order. Standing orders may be modified or cancelled with five business days' notice. Invoices are due net-30 once net terms have been extended; before that, payment is due on delivery.
4. Catering bookings
Catering bookings require a 50% non-refundable deposit at the time of booking. Cancellation more than 30 days out: deposit retained, balance refunded. Less than 30 days: full payment due.
5. Quality and replacement
If a batch arrives damaged, mislabeled, or fails to meet the Certificate of Analysis we provided, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will replace or refund the affected product at our option.
6. Intellectual property
All logos, photography, written content and product names on this site are property of Rojey Creamery, LLC, except where attributed otherwise. You may not reproduce or commercially use them without our written permission. Wholesale customers may use approved product images and our wordmark on their own menus and marketing materials at no charge.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, our liability for any claim related to the website or our products is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months. We don't exclude liability where it cannot legally be excluded.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Hamilton County, Indiana.
