When a chef asks where our strawberries come from, the answer is "Stuckey Farm in Sheridan, picked Tuesday morning" — not "a co-op in the Midwest." That specificity isn't marketing. It's how we hold the line on quality batch after batch, and it's how we keep faith with the farms we buy from.
It also means our menu moves with the seasons. We don't make strawberry ice cream in February. We don't make sweet corn in November. When you order from us, you're ordering what Indiana is actually growing that week.
